The locking device with integrated winch is a fall protection device that combines the functions of an inertial locking device and a lifting rescue device.
Depending on the mode used, either the rope is released from the device and automatically wound back, or the worker is lifted/released.
It is a connecting and cushioning sub-system and is used for connecting the harness to the anchoring device
The device includes a friction type shock absorber for energy dissipation.
It is used for fall prevention insurance during heavy-altitude works, outdoors, in confined spaces: manholes, cisterns, wells, as well as during welding works, works with aggressive substances. Can be used together with a tripod. To install the device on the tripod it is necessary to use a special bracket.
The rope is freely withdrawn from the device as needed and is automatically wound back on.
If there is a sudden increase in the pulling speed of the rope (in case of a stall), the braking function activates, stopping the user from falling.
The carabiner at the end of the rope has a swivel to prevent twisting of the sling and is also equipped with a stall indicator to identify the fall, which activates at a load of 360 kg ± 45 kg.
The top attachment point rotates 360˚
